Draftsheet ("we") prepares draft quote sheets for manufacturing shops. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us in our website form or a Facebook or Instagram lead form: name, work email, phone (optional), company, website, role, state, and answers about your shop (RFQ volume, employees, type of work, export-controlled work).
- Files you send us after we both sign a non-disclosure agreement: RFQ packages, drawings, quotes and rate sheets. These are business documents; they may contain names and contact details of your staff or customers.
- Website usage data: pages visited, the ad or link that brought you (UTM tags), and, if enabled, events recorded by the Meta Pixel such as a page view or a form submission. The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technology set by Meta.
- Emails and call notes from our conversations with you.
Why we use it
- To answer your request, check whether the sample is a fit, set up the NDA and schedule a call.
- To prepare your drafts. Your files are used only for the work you asked for.
- To measure which ads and pages bring useful requests, so we spend less on ads that don't.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for others' advertising except as described for the Meta Pixel and lead forms below.
Who processes it for us
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram lead forms, Meta Pixel), under Meta's own terms and data policy.
- Google (email, calendar and the spreadsheet where we track requests).
- Our website host.
- AI software we use to read documents and draft quote sheets, configured so your files are not used to train its models.
How long we keep it
Request details: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Sample files: deleted within 30 days after the sample review, or sooner on request, unless we agree in writing to keep them for a paid pilot.
Where it is stored
We are based in Quebec, Canada. Our service providers may store information in the United States, Canada or other countries.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@draftsheetquoting.com. We answer within 30 days. You can also limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings and your browser settings.
