This website
This website describes Draftsheet's services. Examples, screens and videos on it use fictional shops, customers and prices, and are labeled that way. Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept by using it; any work we do is agreed in writing first.
The free sample
- One free sample per shop, on up to 10 past RFQs, after both sides sign a mutual NDA.
- Drafts are estimates prepared for comparison. They are not quotes, not engineering advice and not to be sent to customers.
- Your estimator and your company remain responsible for every price, lead time and commitment you send.
- We aim to return drafts within 48 hours of receiving complete files. If we can't, we'll tell you.
- We don't accept ITAR, CUI or other export-controlled drawings. Please don't send them.
Paid work
Pilots and subscriptions are governed by a separate written agreement that states the price, scope and term.
No warranty
The website and the sample are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made using the drafts.
Intellectual property
Your files remain yours. Draftsheet's name, logo, software and site content remain ours.
Governing law
To be confirmed with counsel before launch.
